How the Scout QC Lab works
- We source the materials. Same materials, same construction — the same spec you'd pay full retail for, not a cut-rate copy.
- Every pair is inspected. On arrival, each pair is checked — stitching, glue, shape, colour, sole and box.
- Defects get pulled. Anything off-spec is set aside and replaced before it's ever assigned to an order.
- Boxed and shipped insured. Approved pairs are wrapped, boxed and sent tracked and fully insured.
- Backed by our guarantee. If anything's off when it lands, we replace it free.
