Every theSnkrScout order is backed by the Scout Promise — our guarantees covering quality, fit, delivery and defects. This page explains exactly how returns, exchanges and guarantee claims work in practice, with each guarantee and its window spelled out below.
Faulty, Defective or Wrong Item — Grail Guard
Every pair is hand quality-checked before it ships. Spot a defect, a mismeasurement, or the wrong item? Send us a photo at hello@thesnkrscout.com and we ship a free replacement — no return needed. Covered 30 days on 1 pair, 45 days on 2, 60 days on 3, and 90 days on 4+. We’ll always make it right — even if it means we don’t make a profit on your order.
Wrong Fit — Fit Guarantee
Received the correct pair but the fit isn’t right? Every order qualifies. You have 30 days to request a free size swap — just reach out at hello@thesnkrscout.com. Send the pair back unworn, tags intact and in its original packaging, and we’ll ship the new size and refund your return shipping to you as Scout Cash to spend on your next order.
On Time, or We Make It Right — Delivery Promise
Every order is tracked and fully insured in transit. If your parcel is lost or stolen on its way to you, we send a free replacement at no cost to you.
Your order should arrive in 5–7 business days on Scout Express or 11–20 on Standard. If it hasn’t landed within 14 days (Scout Express) or 30 days (Standard) — calendar days from dispatch — we credit you $50 Scout Cash, and if your paid Scout Express order is late, we refund the Express fee too. (Delays outside our control — customs, weather or holidays — are excluded from guaranteed timing, but we’ll always help you track it.)
Changed Your Mind
Changed your mind? You’ve got 14 days. Send it back unworn (return shipping at your cost) and choose instant store credit, or your money back once your return reaches us. Full Rotation (4+ pairs) and VIP members return free.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, just reach out — we’ll cancel and refund you in full. Once it’s on its way we can’t recall it, but you’re fully covered by our 14-day change-of-mind guarantee from the day it arrives.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at hello@thesnkrscout.com to start any return, exchange or guarantee claim — we reply within 2 hours. Please don’t send anything back before contacting us — items returned without an approved request can’t be accepted. If a physical return is needed, use a trackable, insured service; we can only process your exchange once the item reaches us.
Fair use. These guarantees are here to protect genuine customers. We reserve the right to request the item back before resolving a claim, and to decline claims where fraud or abuse is evident.
