To be eligible for our 30-Day Ultimate Quality Guarantee, the following has to be noted:
1) Your concerns have to be noted to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2) The item(s) are in their original condition and have not been used.
3) The tags for your shoes must still be intact as it was received.

IMPORTANT: Our Customer Service team is not liable to provide assistance for any issues raised beyond the 30 days timeframe. We may allow refunds or replacements at the discretion of our Customer Service team based on the issue that the customer has reported. We take each issue on a case-by-case basis to ensure that we fully understand the situation and can provide the best possible resolution.

Eligible Replacements

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do right by you even if it means we don't make a profit.

We would like to emphasize that all replacements are subject to the discretion of our Customer Service team. This means that your item(s) can only be eligible for return if our team has granted approval based on the issue reported. We take each issue on a case-by-case basis to ensure that we can provide the best possible solution for our customers.

The following are the usual scenarios that we may allow a refund/replacement:
1) Defective item: The item was received in a defective state, such as tears, obvious stains, dented, etc.
2) Wrong item: The item received was not the item ordered. This includes wrong size, color, model, etc.

It is important to highlight that we conduct rigorous quality checks and document each shipment with parcel photos.ย Any misleading claims will not be addressed.

How to Submit a Replacement Request?

To help us assess the issue, we kindly request that customers provide clear pictures and/or videos of the problem they are facing. Please contact us to advise us and obtain a return address.

If your return request is approved, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Depending on the reason for the return, customers may be responsible for incurring the costs to return their item(s). We will take a range of factors into consideration and the final decision will be up to us.

Once your return is received by us, we will send you an email to notifyย you that we have received the package and we will ship out the exchange as soon as possible.

Returns Shipping Cost

As mentioned above, once your return and exchange request is approved, we will email you instructions on where and how to return your item.

Youย are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on the reason for exchange, we may cover the replacement shipping costs for you.

Pleaseย use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

IMPORTANT: We will only issue the exchange once we receive your returned item(s).

Cancellation of Orders

We do not allow for the cancellation of orders once the item has been shipped.

If you require us to cancel your order before the item has been shipped, we can do this but you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% per item you would like to cancel.

If you would like to change your order (e.g. style, size or shipping address) then please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate any changes provided your order has not already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.

No Refunds Policy

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds once an item has been sold and shipped.
