How long does delivery take?
Standard is free, tracked and fully insured, and lands in 11 to 20 business days. Scout Express is $30 a pair, free at 2 or more, and lands in 5 to 7 business days.
What if the fit is wrong?
Free size swap on any order, unworn and within 30 days. Your return shipping comes back to you as Scout Cash.
What if something is off with the pair?
Send us a photo and we replace it free, with no need to send anything back. Grail Guard covers 30 days on 1 pair, 45 on 2, 60 on 3, and 90 on 4 or more.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. 14 days, unworn, return shipping at your cost. Take instant store credit, or a cash refund once the return reaches us.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by our payment provider, PayPal included. Your payment details never touch our servers.
