All orders are sent fully tracked. We use various shipping partners such as; USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, DHL, FedEx and more.
Shipping Options
Every theSnkrScout order ships fully tracked and fully insured. At checkout you can choose:
- Standard Shipping — FREE. Fully insured. Arrives in roughly 11–20 business days (3–5 business days to quality-check & process, plus 8–15 business days in transit).
- Scout Express — $30 per pair. Tracked & fully insured, delivered in just 5–7 business days. Free automatically when you order 2 or more pairs as part of Build Your Rotation.
All international orders may incur customs fees and/or additional fees that are liable by you and not us.
Insured Shipping
Every order is fully insured in transit, at no extra cost to you. If your parcel is lost or stolen on its way to you, we’ll send a free replacement — you’re never left out of pocket. This cover is part of the Scout Promise.
On Time, or We Make It Right — Delivery Promise
Your order should arrive in 5–7 business days on Scout Express or 11–20 on Standard. If it hasn’t landed within 14 days (Scout Express) or 30 days (Standard) — calendar days from dispatch — we credit you $50 Scout Cash, and if your paid Scout Express order is late, we refund the Express fee too. (Delays outside our control — customs, weather or holidays — are excluded from guaranteed timing, but we’ll always help you track it.)
